J'ai apprécié l'emplacement par rapport à mon déplacement cat show dans l'hôtel où on a séjourné avec ascenseur à disposition. La propreté au top.
L'accueil : dommage que personne ne parle français sauf la personne lorsque l'on a rendu la carte de la chambre qui a fait un effort. On a eu la sensation a notre arrivé d'ennuyer l'hôtesse du fait de ne pas comprendre, pour une réceptionniste elle aurait pu se mettre au niveau de sa clientèle et faire un effort, aucune discrétion. Chambre 144 : fenêtre se ferme mal du coup bruit de circulation présents et courant d'air. Télévision : petite toutes les chaînes gresilles ou captent mal même si la langue n'est qu'en espagnol. Cependant si de nouveau un cat show est organisé dans l'hôtel, je reviendrais pour redonner une chance à cette hôtel. Le ménage est incroyable rien à redire merci et bravo

Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'apprécier correctement l'hôtel en deux nuits. Ayant eu le loisirs de passer quelques jours de plus c'est un endroit agréable et personnel à l'écoute.
